The breakfast buffet is solid with various hot items. My room was dated and the carpet needed cleaning. I enjoyed the live comedy shows in the hotel. Parking was challenging due to events.

Our room was a total disaster-dirty floors, sticky chairs, and even dirty socks left behind. My family and I had to clean everything ourselves just to feel comfortable. Not what I expected for a nice getaway. So disappointing!

Front desk staff were great, especially Kathy and Dominik, who handled computer issues with impressive patience. the room experience was disappointing. The sheets were dirty and had hair on them, and even after a room change, I encountered stains and old towels. The presence of roaches in one room was particularly unsettling. While the pool area was nice and breakfast was decent, the cleanliness issues and the lack of attention to rooms really overshadowed the positives. Staff were friendly, but management needs to step up on maintenance and cleanliness.

During our New Year's stay, we appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, especially in Gigi's restaurant. They went above and beyond, making sure my disabled husband and I were well taken care of. The location made it easy for us to access the nearby comedy club, which we enjoyed.

Our experience was marred by cleanliness issues throughout the hotel. Trash was scattered everywhere on the property, and the room was very dirty.

This hotel experience was incredibly disappointing. Upon arrival, my reservation was inexplicably canceled, and the manager, Stephanie Newsom, responded with hostility rather than assistance. The front desk staff, however, showed remarkable patience and professionalism amid chaos; they deserve commendation for their efforts. Unfortunately, the room was a different story. It was in disarray-filthy surfaces, no proper bedding, and significant maintenance issues. Fresh towels were a rarity, and the cleaning service was non-existent throughout my week-long stay. I encountered not only a clogged toilet but also a staff unprepared to resolve basic issues. While friendly staff did their best, without significant management improvements and thorough cleaning, I cannot recommend this establishment.

Housekeeping was occasionally slow to respond. The noise level during cleaning was noticeable and disruptive, especially with loud conversations among staff. Although the pet-friendly aspect was great, the floors had noticeable cracks, which could be a trip hazard. There were some cleanliness issues with the carpets and sticky spots on the chair. My recent stay at the Ramada had its ups and downs. the room was equipped with a flat-screen TV, which was great for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the free toiletries provided in the bathroom, which was a nice touch. there were a few areas that could use some improvement. The air conditioning in the room seemed to be a bit inconsistent, making it difficult to find the perfect temperature for comfort. I found the lack of ironing facilities a bit inconvenient as I had some clothes that needed to be pressed. The absence of tea and coffee facilities in the room was also a disappointment, as I enjoy starting my morning with a hot cup of tea. my experience at the Ramada was decent, but there are definitely some areas that could be enhanced to make for a more enjoyable stay.

My friends and I had a blast hitting up the Orange Park Mall, shopping 'til we dropped and then hitting the TPC Sawgrass golf course for some epic swings! The hotel's location near NAS Jax and the Comedy Zone made our nights lit!

Wished there was a happening nightclub nearby for us party animals to dance the night away! .

The hotel also had a nice pool and organized events like comedy shows and brunch at an extra charge. My overall experience was marred by a few negative incidents. The maintenance guy threatened my mom and me because we briefly blocked his go-cart, and the manager accused us of lying without proper investigation.

i had a great stay at Ramada in that place. the handicap room was perfect 👍 and the location was excellent for accessing where i needed to be. the gentleman at the front desk was friendly and efficient, made check-in easy. and the pool was a lovely spot to relax and distress. i also enjoyed the unexpected call from the manager with a discounted stay and the promise of good rates for my return. overall, a very pleasant experience.
